My Name is Reb

I’m also known as Rebecca Lynn Carlson, Rebelation, Rebelina, Rebula, Rebkins, Rebnation, Rebruary, Rebeckles, Rebster, Rebski, Freb, and Wallace.

I’m a born-and-raised Delawarian with Midwestern roots currently residing in Brooklyn, NY. My day job for the past six years has been working in social media marketing, content strategy, influencer outreach, and analytics for everyone including friends, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies. My side hustles include freelance writing for some of the top tech and culture blogs along with co-founding the largest community for college students and recent graduates in the country. My personal passions are writing, art, and traveling.

I’ve been writing this blog for nearly eight years. It has been about a combination of things: New Year City living, culture, career growth, side hustles, and growing up in general.

Moving forward, I’ll be writing about the accessibility of art education and my own creative pursuits.
